Key Takeaways
- Georgia Banking Company joins Thursday’s calendar through a direct listing: shareholders may resell stock; the company issues no shares and raises no listing proceeds.
- BHAV Acquisition II is reported priced at ten million $10 units, or $100 million, with October 29 scheduled trading still unverified.
- OPay, Aspen and Bambusa remain tentatively scheduled for October 30. Proposed midpoint gross offerings are $320 million, $150 million and $150 million respectively.
- A direct listing reference or prior private-sale price is not an executed market price. Final pricing and completed trading remain the next evidence to check.

Frank finds a different route to market
Georgia Banking Company has caught my attention because its Thursday listing asks a different question. The Atlanta banking group is seeking a public market for existing shares, rather than selling new stock to raise money. Its October 27 announcement says Nasdaq approved the direct listing and trading was expected October 29 under GBC. Actual trading was not verified by this edition’s cutoff. [13]
The registration covers potential resale of up to 7,074,016 shares. Performance Trust Capital Partners is financial adviser, not an underwriter buying a new issue. The company receives no proceeds from those shareholder sales. A $30 price shown by calendar services reflects earlier private transactions; readers should not mistake it for today’s opening trade. [1][13][14]
Stan asks what shareholders are selling
Georgia Banking serves businesses, professionals and consumers around Atlanta through commercial, community and private banking and related services. Renaissance reports ten full-service offices and, at June 30, about $3.3 billion in assets, $2.6 billion in loans and $2.8 billion in deposits. Those balance-sheet figures describe scale, not market value. Loan quality, funding costs and profitability still need examination. [14]
Renaissance says registered resale shares represent about 66% of outstanding stock and that existing holders have no lock-up agreements. Registration permits sales; it does not mean every holder will sell immediately. The potential supply nevertheless matters when judging liquidity and early price movements. [14]
BHAV Acquisition Corp II reportedly priced ten million $10 units on October 28, down from fifteen million units originally proposed. Maxim Group is the lead manager. Led by Giri Devanur, it is a blank-check company seeking a future acquisition. Each unit combines a share with a right to one-quarter of a share when a business combination completes. That right adds potential future share supply; the acquisition target remains unknown. [1][10]
Frank looks towards Friday
OPay remains the largest proposed operating-company offering: sixteen million American Depositary Shares at $19–$21, or $304–$336 million gross before expenses. Each ADS represents ten ordinary shares. Its Singapore holding company operates financial services principally in Nigeria. IPOScoop reports twelve-month revenue of $805.83 million and net income of $49.85 million through June 30. Currency, regulation and competition deserve attention alongside growth. The additional-share option and concurrent private placement are separate financing components. [3][11]
Aspen Neuroscience and Bambusa Therapeutics each seek roughly $150 million at midpoint terms of $15–$17. Aspen is developing patient-derived cell therapy for Parkinson’s disease. Bambusa’s antibodies target inflammatory disease; its October 26 filing estimates $134.9 million net proceeds, supporting BBT001 and BBT002 alongside existing funds. These remain clinical development businesses: a successful financing cannot establish that a treatment works. [6][7]
October 30 remains tentative for all three debuts. Webull’s offering end dates are not confirmed pricing dates. No verified trading times were found. Bambusa’s year-end 2026 Phase 2b start-up target and Aspen’s second-half 2027 Phase 3 dosing expectation are management windows, not appointments. Company announcements and filings checked by the research cutoff yielded no additional specifically dated future investor meeting, earnings call or regulatory decision. [1][2][6][7][12][13]
The calendar retains SPACCircle’s earlier reported pricing and BW Industrial’s unresolved former entry. Neither removal from a calendar nor an expected date proves completed trading. Analysis only; proposed terms do not predict returns.
